The Embassy of the United States of America in Nigeria invites reputable and skilled vendors to submit requests for quotations for the following works:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Quotation for Marine Ball Event Organising Services

Preamble

The U.S. Embassy Abuja will be hosting 200 guests on November 6th, 2021, for their Marine Corps Ball from 5pm to 12 midnight.

Consequently, we need a highly capable professional vendor to cater for these guests as well as providing the venue for the event.

Scope of Work

If interested, kindly provide the cost of the following.

Assorted soft drinks and bottled water
Banquet Wine, Banquet Beverages(nonalcoholic)
Special menu to include assortment of the following or equivalent:
- Salad starter - marinated tomatoes and goat cheese tian with herb dressing and mesclun lettuce
- Chicken - 80 PAX
- Beef - 60 PAX
- Vegetarian dish - 40 PAX
- Seafood - 20 PAX
- Dessert
Provision of changing room for the Marines, Marine ball cake, venue decoration, tables and chairs with covers, public address system, podium, mega projector, and screen.

Eligibility Requirements

For a valid quote, please note the following:

Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
