The Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) invites competent and reputable companies to indicate interest by submitting tender documents for the following works:

The Administrative Staff College of Nigeria is a degree awarding institution located at Topo, a town in Badagry, Lagos State, southwestern Nigeria. The college was founded in 1973 by the Federal Government of Nigeria in the Military era as a management development institution for training staff of the civil service.

In compliance with the requirements of Public Procurement Act 2007, for certification of procedure for procurement of Goods, Works and Service in Federal Government Ministries, Department and Agencies, the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) wish to invite interested, competent and reputable Companies for the execution of the under listed Projects.

Scope of Work

Detailed specification for the projects is as contained in the Tender Document available for collection in the Procurement Department,Room 19, Administrative/Teaching Block, ASCON Phase I Complex, Topo - Badagry.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for consideration, prospective bidders must submit a Corporate Profile of the Company containing among other things:

Evidence of company registration with corporate Affairs commission (CAC).
Articles of Association/Memorandum.
VAT Certificate.
Evidence of Compliance with Pension Reform Act 2004.
Evidence of current Tax Clearance certificate for the last three (3) years.
Documented evidence of financial capacity to execute the job.
Evidence of execution of similar jobs in the last three (3) years.
Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement BPP).
Evidence of registration with Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
Personnel Profile (Technical and Administration)
Evidence of compliance with the Nigeria social insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).

13th October, 2021.

Collection of Tender Document(s)

Tender documents should be collected from the Office of the Deputy Director In-Charge (Procurement), Room 19, Administrative/Teaching Block, ASCON Phase I Complex. Topo - Badagry on presentation of evidence of payment of a non refundable fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) onIy.

Opening of Bids

All bidders or their representatives, Civil Society Organization and Interested Stakeholders are invited to the Public Opening of Tenders scheduled to take place by 12-noon of 13th October, 2021 at the College Auditorium.

Submission of Tender Document(s)

Completed Tender Document(s) must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked the Project name and LOT Number. The envelop should be addressed to the:

Lagos State.

And must be deposited in the designated Tender Box in the Office of the Director-General on or before the closing date stated above.
