Federal Government Girl’s College Lejja
hereby invite reputable contractors to tender for the following 2012 capital projects.

Lot 1     Construction of Hostel EGOC   Lejja
Lot 2     Construction of 6 No Toilets     FGGC Lejja

Tendering shall be conducted through National competitive bidding specified in the procurement Act of 2007 and is open to all tenders

Requirements:
I) Company profile
2) Current (3) Year Tax clearance Certificate
3) Vat Certificate
4) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
5) Evidence of Similar Job executed by the Company within 3 years.

i. Contractors shall collect tender documents from the Principal’s Office
ii. All duly completed tenders shall be submitted in an envelop seal and marked breach lot being applied for.

Closing Date
All submission must reach the college within 4th October, 2012 and addressed to the principal F.G.G.C Lejja.
iii. The Bid will be publicly opened at 1.00pm on the closure of receipt bills at 12.pm: you are here by invited as well as NGOs
iv. The college reserves the rights to reject any or all tenders
v. The bidders should pay with a draft of N20,000= payable to the Principal F.G.G.C Lejja
