SOS Children Villages, Nigeria invites reputable Building Services Contractors / ELV Equipment Supply Firm's to indicate interest by submitting EOI documents to tender for the following works:

Preamble

Following the need to furnish its Administrative office at the SOS Children’s Village in lsolo, Lagos state, SOS Children’s Villages is seeking to select Building Services Contractors / ELV Equipment Supply Firm's for the works.

Tender Requirements

All interested and qualified contractors should submit the following documents!information for assessment and consideration:

Evidence of registration of company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Evidence of similar jobs executed in the last 4 years.
Evidence of financial capability and possibly, bank statements.

Application Closing Date

11:30am, 15th September, 2021.

Collection of Tender Documents

Tender documents are available for collection at The National Branch Office, SOS Children’s Villages, Nigeria -Isolo CV, Lagos upon payment of non-refundable tender processing fee of N100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira Only) from 2nd September 2021.

All applications should be sent to: pre.qualification@sos-nigeria.org indicating interest to participate in the process together with the evidence of payment.

Opening of Bids

The Bid Document shall be opened on Wednesday 15th September 2021 at SOS Children’s Villages Isolo, Lagos Nigeria by 11:30 am. All bidders or their representatives are invited to witness the bid opening.

Submission of Bid Documents

Bound tender documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Tender for SOS Children's Villages Nigeria Furniture Supply and Installation Works" and deposited into the Tender Box at SOS Children’s Villages Isolo, Lagos Nigeria.
