The Leprosy Mission Nigeria invites interested consultants to tender request for proposal documents for the following works:

The Leprosy Mission Nigeria (TLMN) is an international Christian development organization that aims to bring healing and restoration to people affected by leprosy and other neglected tropical diseases as well as people living with disabilities in Nigeria.

Preamble

The Leprosy Mission Nigeria, is calling on interested consultants and organizations to submit their competitive bids to conduct a baseline Survey for the TLM funded Resilience Building & Disability Inclusion Project - ReDIP

Scope

The assessment will cover the 25 communities in 6 target States including Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Niger, Sokoto and FCT.

Purposes

To document exact values of indicators at the onset of the project against which the projects achievements will be measured.
To identify any possible risk that may affect the implementation of the project.
