The ECOWAS Parliament invites interested and eligible bidder with sealed bid to submit tender for the following works:




The ECOWAS Parliament, also known as the Community Parliament, is one of the Institutions of ECOWAS. It is the Assembly of Peoples of the Community serving as a forum for dialogue, consultation and consensus for Representatives of the people of West Africa with the aim of promoting integration. 

It was established under Articles 6 and 13 of the ECOWAS Revised Treaty of 1993. The initial Protocol establishing the Parliament was signed in Abuja on August 6, 1994. It provided for the Structure, Composition, Competence and other matters relating to the Parliament. The Parliament is composed of one hundred and fifteen (115) seats. Each Member State shall have a guaranteed minimum of five (5) seats. The remaining forty (40) seats shall be shared on the basis of population.

Preamble
ECOWAS Parliament has allocated funds for the procurement of Public Relations items and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the items.

Bidding is open to all eligible bidders who can demonstrate that in the past five (5) years preceding the beginning of these contracting proceedings they have not been temporarily excluded from participating in any public contracting proceedings pursuant to a decision rendered by the Sanctions Committee, or any other national, foreign or international organization, on grounds of misrepresentation in relation to a false statement as to their qualifications to enter into a public contract.

12:00 noon, 5th October, 2021.

Collection of Bidding Documents




Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9 AM and 5 PM daily during the bidding period. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of fifty thousand Naira (N50,000).

Opening of Bids
Bids will be opened on 5 October 2021 at 12.00 noon in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend, at the address stated below. 

Submission of Documents
All Bids must be delivered and deposited, after prior registration by the Secretariat Staff, in the Tender Box in the Secretariat of the Secretary General to:

All bids must be accompanied by:
  • Bid security of fifty thousand Naira (N50,000).
  • A valid 2020 tax certificate.
Note: Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
