The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH invites interested and qualified consulting firms to submit tender documents for the following works:

Preamble

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH through its "GIZ Nigerian Energy Support Programme (NESP) Abuja”, co-financed by the European Unit and the German Government, hereby invites interested and qualified consulting firms to express their interest:

To actively contribute to the availability of market intelligence data (e.g. location, voltage level) as well as electrification planning in general. More specifically, this assignment will provide following outputs:
- Location intelligence (GPS coordinates) of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) in states not covered within previous phases
- Detailed mapping of settlements via Open Street Maps (OSM)
- Operational usage of Trimble MX7
- Other geospatial (GIS) derivates.

Eligibility Requirements

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified consulting firms to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

An official letter expressing interest
Average number (minimum) of 10 employees for the past 3 calendar years (kindly state average number of employees in your company profile).
Reference 5 previous comparable projects and three projects should be within the Western Africa region.
Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly indicating (minimum) average turnover of 305,344,300 naira per year.

Application Closing Date

Tuesday 28th September 2021.

Submission of Documents

For consideration, all interested consulting firm should submit the aforementioned documents as hard copy in a sealed envelope to:
