The Embassy of the United States of America in Nigeria invites reputable and skilled vendors to submit RFQ document to tender for the following works:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Quotation for the Supply of 300HP Twin Engine F300UCB-HP +LU – Yamaha Engine or Equal

Scope of Work

The U. S. Consulate General Lagos has a requirement for a vendor to supply the boat Engine indicated below:

300HP Engine F300UCB-HP +LU – Yamaha Engine or Equal / 2 each

Eligibility Requirements

For a valid quote, please note the following:

Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

Application Closing Date

12:00 noon, 10th September, 2021.

Submission of Document

All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be sent to: LagosProcurement@state.gov

Note

The Engine shall be delivered to Tin-can Island Lagos seaport.
The Engine shall operate on salt water.
Payment term is Net 30.
Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
