The Embassy of the United States of America in Nigeria invites reputable and skilled vendors to submit RFQ document to tender for the following works:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Scope of Work

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide the following:

Top mount Refrigerators 220-240-volt, 50/60 Hz / Frigidaire by Electrolux FRTM18V18EUW-White color. cable head, 13 amp plugging system. / 30ea.
Upright Freezer 220-240-volt, 50/60 Hz / Frigidaire by Electrolux FRU17EWW- White color. cable head, 13 amp plugging system. / 20ea.
Stackable washer & dryer, 220-240 volts / 15 Amp plugging system / Frigidaire by Electrolux MKTG15GNAWB Laundry. white color. / 30ea.
Electric Range Electrolux MFF3025RC Self Clean, 220 - 240Volts, 13 Amps plug. / 20ea.

Eligibility Requirements

For a valid quote, please note the following:

Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
