The Embassy of the United States of America in Nigeria invites reputable and skilled vendors to submit RFQ document to tender for the following works:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Title: Request for Quotation for the Supply Appliances

Scope of Work

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide the following:

Blueair Classic 680i Air Purifier. 220-240 volts / 13 Amps plugging system / 40ea.
Microwaves 220-240 volts. 34 liters / 13 Amps plugging system / 20ea.
Dehumidifiers 220-240 volts Frigidaire FDD30ZKEWP / 13 Amps plugging system / 30ea.

Eligibility Requirements

For a valid quote, please note the following:

Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
