Qualified contractors are hereby invited to submit Tender for the provision of the under listed services to an international

Lot 1:    Tiling of swimming pool and upgrade of pool filtration system
Lot 2:     Full refurbishment of 88 standard rooms and 12 Executive suites
Lot 3:     Purchase of 300 conference chairs, 80 conference tables and 30 banqueting tables

Requirements
All interested vendors must meet the under listed requirements:
i. Non refundable fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira)
ii. Presentation of 3 years tax clearance certificate.
iii. Company’s profile
iv. Audited Account report for the last 3 years
v. Evidence of similar job in the last 3 years.

Closing Date of Submission
All interested contractors are to submit in quadruplicates their tender, sealed in an envelope addressed to the “General Manager, Nike Lake Resort, Enugu” and clearly marked with “The Appropriate Project Title and Lot Number” before midday on 5th October2012.
