Malaria Consortium invites interested and reputable vendors / suppliers to submit RFP documents to tender for the following works:

Note




  • Delivery to be made by the vendor to Malaria Consortium Office at No. 33, Pope John PaulStreet, Off Gana Street, Maitama, Abuja, Nigeria.
  • Delivery dateline: 30th of September, 2021.
  • All Bid Validity shall be for a minimum of 90 days.
RFP Mandatory Criteria  
  • For to be considered eligible for evaluation, the organization must be registered with CAC, must have Tax Clearance Certificate and must have agreed to be compliant to Malaria Consortiums Policies. Any Bid Not Meeting this Mandatory Criteria will not be Evaluated.    
  • Completed Bidder Response Document (BRD), evidence of tax remittance and copies of internal policies.
  • Signature to confirm compliance with Malaria Consortium's Policies.    
  • Copy of business registration documents (proof of legal operation in the country of registration).
  • Pricing Proposal, including a full cost breakdown, based on the details provided in this RFP.
RFP Evaluation Criteria  
Proposals will be evaluated based on clarity and completeness of presentation:
  • Award will be made per line item based on the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.
  • Bidders who satisfactorily meet the preliminary and mandatory requirements set out in this request for proposal will be required to make the vehicle available for sighting.
  • Bidders must score a minimum of 60% before being considered for sighting.

17:00pm (WAT), 18th September, 2021.

Submission of Documents
All documents and proposals should be submitted via email to: tenders@malariaconsortium.org with subject title "MC-NG-ONDO-2021-001-Android Phones.

Questions must be sent by email to: tenders@malariaconsortium.org with the following bid reference in subject "MC-NG-ONDO-2021-001-Android Phones-Question". All questions must be sent in latest by 14th September at 5pm.

Additional Information
  • Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted
  • Malaria Consortium shall notify the winning bidders in writing. Malaria Consortium is under no responsibility to release the identity or contract terms of the winning vendor.
  • Malaria Consortium reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Malaria Consortium, and is not bound to accept the lowest priced bid submitted.
  • Malaria Consortium reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors if deemed to be in its best interest.
  • The award criteria shall be based on the proposals overall response and “value for money” while taking into consideration donor and internal requirements and regulations.  The award will be determined by a committee of Malaria Consortium employees.
  • The successful vendor shall receive a contract and deliver the service. The contract can be extended upon agreement by both parties.  
  • The language for communications and required documents will be in English. 
General




  • The Supplier shall not use the Customer’s name, branding or logo other than in accordance with the Customer's written instructions or authorisation.
  • The Supplier may not assign, transfer, charge, subcontract, novate or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights or obligations under the Contract without the Customer’s prior written consent.
  • Any notice under or in connection with the Contract shall be given in writing to the address specified in the Order or to such other address as shall be notified in writing from time to time.  For the purposes of this Condition, "writing" shall include e-mails and faxes. 
  • If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of the Contract (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforce-ability of the other provisions of the Contract shall not be affected.
  • Any variation to the Contract, including the introduction of any additional terms and conditions, shall only be binding when agreed in writing and signed by both parties. 
  • The Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Contract or its subject matter or formation. 
  • A person who is not a party to the Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with it.
