The Management Sciences for Health (MSH) invites interested and qualified companies to indicate interest by submitting EOI documents for the following works:

Since its founding in 1971, MSH has worked in over 150 countries with policy makers, health professionals, and health care consumers to improve the quality, availability and affordability of health services. Working with governments, donors, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, and health agencies, MSH responds to priority health problems such as HIV & AIDS,tuberculosis, malaria, maternal newborn and child health, family planning and reproductive health, and chronic non-communicable diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and lung and heart disease. Preamble

MSH Abuja Country Office is requesting existing, interested and qualified companies that meet the below requirement to submit their document for review and registration as vendors. The intent of this publication is to register qualified vendors for the supply of goods and commercial services through subsequent detailed RFQ/RFPif they meet the
registration criteria.

EOI-2021-27	Logistics Services: Car hire services, truck (different tonnage), warehousing, distribution/delivery of items and other courier services

Qualification Criteria

Please read this section carefully and be sure that all requested information is included in your submission. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information. The submission of incomplete information may result to rejection of proposal.

Submission should be comprehensive and address all requirements as stated below in chronological order:

Detailed Company Profile with registered address, functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact for the organization, organogram and CVs of staff.
Evidence of company registration (i.e. Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission, form CAC7 & CAC2).
Evidence of payment of tax (tax clearance certificate for the last three years.
Audited financial statements for the last three years.
Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past related to the EOI number/category of supply/commercial service you are making submission for (including copies of job orders, signed delivery notes, invoices and goods receipt note for the receiving organization).
Recommendation Letter from three reputable organizations attesting to satisfactory performance in similar supply or services provided. (this must be consistent with the document in 5 above) Contact person, email address and phone number should be provided on the recommendation letter.
Possession of authorization letter from an OEM (Certificate of registration with NAICOM and NICRIB for Insurance Brokers, WHOPES Certificate for LLIN Suppliers, Partner ID for HP, Dell, Cisco, etc. for IT Equipment Suppliers and other registration bodies as required, COREN for engineering firms etc.

Application Closing Date

5:00pm (Nigerian Time) 30th September, 2021.

Submission of Document

All documents and EOI should be sealed in an envelope and addressed to:

All documents should be duly registered in the bid register before dropping in the bid box. Vendors must clearly mark their submission with the EOI Number for the category os supply/service they are applying for. Applications for each EOI Number should be submitted separately in hard copy as stated above.

As part of requirement for submission of your proposal, you are requested to send email to: ng-eoi2021@msh.org requesting for proposal cover sheet. The Proposal cover sheet must be completed and duly endorsed by an authorised representative of the company and submitted along side the proposal.

Note

This EOI is non-binding and in no way obligates MSH to award any contract.
MSH reserves the right to make an award in whole or in part, or not to make an award, in accordance with the best interest of MSH.
Firm commitment to purchase is not established until written order/contract is issued by MSH to potential successful companies in subsequent procurement governed by MSH Procurement Policy and Procedures.
If any potential vendors responding to this EOI is found to have offered anything of value to any member of MSH staff, they will be disqualified from participation in this vendor registration exercise and may be disqualified for any future procurement with MSH. MSH staff are instructed not to request or accept anything of value from vendors.
