Pre-Qualification Requirements

The expression of interest must be submitted in the following order:

Covering letter duly signed by the company's authorised signatory indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the two (2) HEADINGS (Works and Goods) with company profile.
Certificate of incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Company's Audited Accounts for the years (2018, 2019 and 2020).
Evidence of financial/technical capability from a reputable bank and willing to provide credit/Equipment as the case may be.
Evidence of similar nature of the project with verifiable letter of contract award within the last two years from 2019.
Evidence of registration partnership/joint venture when necessary.
Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Surulere LGA contractor registration receipt.

Application Closing Date

12:00 hour Tuesday, 28th September, 2021.

Submission of Documents

All applications and documents must be enclosed in sealed envelope and addressed to the:

Note

EO/Pre-qualification submission must be in English only and clear about area(s) of interest and competence of each categorization.
Interested applicants must note that the Surulere LGA reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification documents submitted by them at any level.
The pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Surulere LGA to Award any contract.
The cost for this exercise will be sole responsibility of the interested party (ies) to this invitation.
Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information at the procurement office of Surulere LGA Secretariat.
Non Refundable fee of N25,000 for bidding documents.
