The Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) invites interested hydro-geological drilling companies to submit RFQ documents to tender for following works:

Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) Maiduguri Diocese, also known as Justice Development and Peace Initiative in Maiduguri Diocese, is a faith-based (Catholic) non-profit development and humanitarian organization. Being a Catholic organization it is guided by the Catholic Social Teachings. JDPC has a long history which can be trace to the biblical times.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for JDPC Maiduguri for Drilling / Rehabilitation of Boreholes of 100M and 300M Depth(Using Rig Motorized Driller) for ECHO Sahara Project, in Kaga and Magumeri LGAs of Borno State

Preamble

This is a formal invitation for quotations to the JDPC Maiduguri Office located in ST. Patrick Catholic Cathedral, opposite State secretariat Maiduguri.

Note: All quotations must be submitted within Twenty-one (20) days from the date of publication.

Terms and Conditions

Please provide the following information In your Quotation:

Price Validity- Note that unit price specified should be valid for a minimum period of 3 months.
Acceptance of JDPC MAIDUGURI payment teems: 100% payment to be made on delivery and counter signature of a Good Received Note confirming acceptance of goods by JDPC MAIDUGURI.
Date of Quotation, signature, and stamp of legal authorized signatory.
5% withholding tax will deducted from the total sum for project execution.

Criteria

All Quotation must be submitted Within Twenty-one (21) days from the day of Publication either through the mail below or by physical submission in the Bid box at the office from 8:30am to 4:00pm within the stipulated days.
The Quotation price should be sent to JDPC MAlDUGURI Office at the address below.
Purchase order will be awarded to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be for best evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to the bidding documents.
In the case of arithmetical error (e.g., discrepancy between unit and total price), the unit price shall prevail, and the total shall be corrected. Similarly, in any discrepancy between a total corresponding to the submitted in hard copy on a pre-printed vendor proforma or on vendor letter head.
