Since 1973, SOS Children’s Villages has been active in Nigeria, with footprints across the country in Lagos, Ogun, Plateau, Oyo, Edo, Kaduna and Bomo Statesb as well as the Federal Capital Territory.

Preamble

Following the need to furnish its Administrative office at the SOS Children’s Village in Isolo, Lagos state, SOS Children’s Villages is seeking to select Contractors/Furniture supply firms for the works.

Tender Requirements

All interested and qualified contractors should submit the following documents/information for assessment and consideration:

Evidence of registration of company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Evidence of similar jobs executed in the last 4 years.
Evidence of financial capability and possibly, bank statements.

Application Closing Date

11:30am, 28th September, 2021.

Collection of Tender Documents

Tender documents are available for collection upon payment of non-refundable tender processing fee of N 100, 000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira Only) to either bank accounts (SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria. 1010633084. Zenith Plc, or SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria. 1005805025. United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA).

Opening of Bids

The Bid Document shall be opened on Wednesday September 29,2021 at The National Branch Office, SOS Children’s Village, 153 Mushin Road, near Laspotech, Isolo, Lagos by 11:30 am. All bidders or their representatives are invited to witness the bid opening.

Submission of Bid Documents

Bound tender documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "TENDER FOR SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES NIGERIA FURNITURE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION WORKS" and deposited into the Tender Box at:
