2. Pre-Qualification Requirements
To qualify for consideration, tenders must be accompanied with copies of the underlisted documents:

Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
Evidence of Registration of Business Premises with Ekiti State Ministry of Commerce
Evidence of current registration with Ekiti State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.
Evidence of current registration with Ekiti State Ministry of Education Science & Technology
Evidence of payment of Development Levy for the past three (3) years
Tax clearance Certificate of the Company for the last 3 years
Verifiable list and documentary evidence of similar jobs in the past3 years to include copies of letters of award and certificate of completion
Annual Turnover
Evidence of Financial capability and banking support
VAT Registration and Evidence of Payment

3. Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents and Bids
The complete pre-qualification documents should be enclosed in an envelope sealed and marked “Pre-Qualification Documents For ...................... (Lot………….)” on the top left hand corner and addressed to:

Public Opening of the Prequalification Documents
All information for Pre-qualification to tender shall be publicly opened by 10.00am on Thursday, 27th September, 2012 at the above address.

Please note that:
(i) This is not an invitation to tender. Full tendering procedure will be applicable only to contractors who have successfully gone through pre-qualification exercise
(ii) Contractors with uncompleted on-going projects at the Ministry of Education Science & Technology need not apply.
(iii) Submission of fake documents will be address in line with the law.
