Jhpiego Corporation invites interested and reputable service providers to indicate interest by submitting RFQ documents to tender for the following works:

Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Quotation for Internet Services for Jalingo Office and Abuja Office

Preamble

Jhpiego Corporation is seeking reputable providers of the services below for its offices in Jalingo and Abuja. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting a bid.

Scope of Work

20mbps/20mbps dedicated connection over fiber and Microwave media with up to 99.99% SLA.
30mbps/30mbps dedicated connection over fiber and Microwave media with up to 99.99% SLA.
40mbps/40mbps dedicated connection over fiber and Microwave media with up to 99.99% SLA.
40mbps/40mbps dedicated connection over fiber and Microwave media with up to 99.99% SLA.

The quotation should include the following:

The quotation should be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope, with the item being quoted written boldly on the right-hand side of the envelope.
The cost of infrastructure, where applicable, should be separated from the monthly recurrent cost.
Proof or license to offer required services as given by the responsible regulatory body (if applicable).
Lead-time for delivery of items.
Quote validity minimum of 6 months.
Payment terms is Net 30.
Contract Duration:
At the successful supply of PO items.

Eligibility Requirements

All applicants should provide the following:

Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN). Ignore if you have already provided it,during the pre-qualification process.
The vendor must be a licensed/authorized vendor for services to be rendered (please provide supporting documentation where applicable).
Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number, and e-mail address). Ignore if you have already provided it during the pre-qualification process.
Minimum of three (3) reputable references active within the last three years from clients/organizations. Ignore if you have already provided it during the pre-qualification process.
Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payments for items supplied.
