The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) invites interested members of the public with sealed bids to bid for the following works:

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights and provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide.

NRC has been operating in Nigeria since late 2015 providing assistance with Emergency shelter, Livelihoods and Food Security, Water, sanitation and hygiene sectors, Information and Legal Counselling and Education.

Title: Invitation to Bid - Disposal of Assets

Preamble

The Norwegian Refugee Council hereby wishes to invite members of the general public to bid for acquisition of one of NRCs assets (vehicle) listed below. These are being offered on "as - is" basis.

Scope of Work

Sale of Asset (Toyota Highlander 2005 model) - 47/NRC-NOT/NG/2021:

Collection of Documents

To obtain the bid documents, kindly send an email to: ng.procurement@nrc.no with the tender reference number as the subject of the email "47/NRC-NOT/NG/2021" between 21st September and 4th October, 2021.

Submission of Documents

All application/proposals should be submitted via email to: ng.tenders@nrc.no

Note

There is no hand delivery of bids.
The vehicle will be available for inspection at the above mentioned address from 8:00am to 4:00pm everyday between 21 September to 3rd October 2021 (inspection shall only be allowed during the hours specified).
Only bidders who have physically inspected the vehicle will be allowed to submit a bid.
Duly completed bid documents should be submitted via email with the description below as the subject of the email:

Tenders received by NRC after the deadline shall be considered late & shall be rejected & unopened. If the deadline specified herein falls on a government or NRC declared holiday or any unavoidable circumstances, the deadline shall be extended automatically to the following working day.
Norwegian Refugee Council reserves the right to withdraw an item, accept or reject any Bid application and is not bound to give reasons for this decision thereof.
