The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) invites interested and eligible bidders and distributors to tender EOI documents for the following works:

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), often shortened to simply GIZ, is a German development agency headquartered in Bonn and Eschborn that provides services in the field of international development cooperation and international education work.

Title: Expression of Interest

Preamble

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für lnternationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH “Pro-Poor Growth and Employment Promotion in Nigeria Programme”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure via a "Negotiated Award Procedure” Three Hundred and One (301) Units of Agro Allied Equipment in Seven (7) Lots to be distributed to Kaduna, Kano, Ogun, Oyo, and Plateau States.

Scope of Work

Lot 1: 221 Units Pumping Machines.
Lot 2: 8 Units Stainless Steel Tables.
Lot 3: 18 Units of Moisture Testers and weighing Scales.
Lot 4: 2 Units of electrical and wood Hot Air Dryers.
Lot 5: 4 Units Autoclave Sterilizer and Automatic Pouch/Liquid Packaging Machines.
Lot 6: 34 units Ginger Processing Machines.
Lot 7: 14 Units of 32 X 42CM (min) Platform Scales.

Note

Installation and training on the use of equipment may be required.

Eligibility Requirements

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

Comprehensive company profile
An official letter expressing interest.
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in Agro-Allied equipment.
A Bank Introductory letter.
Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 28,000,000.00 minimum in the in the year 2020.
Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery Agro-allied equipment). Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs/References.

5:00pm Friday, 24th September, 2021.
