Ondo State University of Science and Technology Invitation To Tender For The Supply Of Hospital Furniture And Equipment

The Ondo State University of Science and Technology (OSUSTECH), Okitipupa hereby invites reputable, qualified and registered contractors and suppliers to submit Tenders for the supply of hospital furniture and equipment for its newly completed Health Centre.

Collection Of Documents:

Interested bidders are to visit the Site, liaise with the Works and Physical Planning Unit of the University for details and also to collect all relevant Tender documents after the payment of Twenty Five Thousand Naira (N25,000) only tender fee per lot.

Submission Of Tenders:

Duly completed Tenders must be enclosed in wax sealed envelope clearly marked at the top hand corner “Tender For Furnishing Of University Health Centre” Or “Tender For The Supply Of Equipment To The University Health Centre”

Note:

Please do not enclose two Tenders in one envelope. Tenders for Hospital Furniture and Equipment should be submitted separately.

Before submitting their quotations, Bidders are to note that non-compliance with the conditions stated here will render their Tender(s) invalid and the University is not obliged to accept the lowest or any particular tender or bid.

A Tender documents are to be packaged in one envelope for each category and to be addressed and forwarded to:

Closing Date:

All prospective Bidders are to submit their Tenders not later than 25th October, 2012 and to be accompanied with the following:

Evidence of registration as a contractor/supplier with OSUSTECH;
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
Evidence of partnership agreement, if a Consortium or Partnership;
Evidence of Current Tax clearance for the past three years;
Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate and Proof of Remittance;
Evidence of payment of Development Levy with the Ondo State Government for the last three years; and
Evidence of Professional Competence and Experience in handling similar jobs executed in Nigeria Tertiary Institutions.The date of opening of Tenders will be communicated later to all concerned.
