The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) invites interested contractors to tender sealed bids for the following works:




The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) was established on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly. The agency is mandated to lead and co-ordinate international action to protect refugees and resolve refugee problems worldwide and internally displacement people (IDPs) and resolve their problems worldwide. Its primary purpose is to safeguard the rights and well-being of refugees and IDPs. It also has a mandate to help stateless people.
 
Applications are invited for:
 
Title: Invitation to Bid for the Construction and Renouvation Works for Permanent Protection Desks, Latrines, Fences and Installation of Electrical and Solar Panel Fittings in Yobe State

Mandatory Administrative Requirementc
  • Company registration documents,
  • Certificates of incorporation CAC
  • Tax clearances registration documents
  • NAICOM registration certificate.
N/B: That this is a pass/fail criterion if provided or not provided, fail means your offer will not be considered for the technical evaluation.

23:59 hours Wednesday, 13th Ooctober, 2021.

Note
  • Your offer must bear your official letter head, clearly identifying your company, with stamp date and signature.
  • Bids should be submitted by e-mail and all attachments should be in PDF format. (Copies of the PDF format documents may, as an addition, be included in Excel or other formats etc.).
  • The Technical and Financial offers must be clearly separated and attached via an email as two separate attachements and named as financial and technical offers.
  • The technical and financial offers are to be sent in separate documents. Failure to do so
  • may result in disqualification.
