Commercial Section, High Commission of Pakistan, Nigeria invites sealed bids from the Contractors/Event Organizers for organizing of 2 Pakistan Africa Trade Development Conference (PATDC) and Single Country Exhibition schedule from 23rd - 25th November, 2021 at EKO Hotel Lagos.

Opening of Bids

Bids will be opened the same day of the application deadline at 11:30AM.

Bid Security equivalent to 4% of total bid value in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque in favour of High Commission of Pakistan, Commercial Section - EMDF shall be submitted with the sealed proposal.
Bids without the Bid Security will be rejected.
