The Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund (RLTF) invites qualifies and reputable contractors and bidders to tender pre-qualification documents for the following works:

The Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund (RLTF) LTD / GTE is a non-profit, public private partnership (PPP) with the vision: “a catalyst that helps rebuild Lagos for tomorrow”.

Title: Invitation for Technical Pre-Qualification Bids

Preamble

The Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund LTD/GTE (RLTF) invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility for the Demolition of the Colonial Building within the Lagos High Court Complex at Igbosere, Lagos.

The work consists of the careful demolition of areas deemed to be structurally defective, as well as sections to be remodeled for change of use in the envisaged design upgrade of the facility. This work also includes stripping the buildings of existing finishes, fittings, and other specified items and storing in designated areas for re-use. Similarly, the existing statues are to be carefully removed, under supervision, and stored in designated storage. The conditions and ratings for the prospective bidders are listed as follows:

The annual turnover of the bidding company must not be less than N200m preferably in the last three years. (10 points).
Evidence of company registration under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and relevant professional/regulatory bodies. (10 points).

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders are to submit the following:

Company profile with details of professional/educational qualifications and experience of key personnel on works of similar nature. (5 points).
Evidence of three similar completed works (20 points).
3 years Audited Account/Tax Clearance (2018, 2019 & 2020). (15 points).
Industrial Training Fund/NSITF/Pencom Compliance Remittances (2020). (15points)
Evidence of Financial Capability supported by 6 months company bank statements, reference letter from Banks, and credit facility of N50m at the minimum. (20 points)
Sworn Affidavit on Company integrity to demonstrate that none of the officials of Lagos State government is a director, shareholder, or has any fiduciary relationship with the company (5 points).
