The Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund (RLTF) invites competent and interested contractors and bidders with sealed bids to submit bidding documents to tender for the following works:

The Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund (RLTF) LTD / GTE is a non-profit, public private partnership (PPP) with the vision: “a catalyst that helps rebuild Lagos for tomorrow”.

Preamble

The Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund LTD/GTE (RLTF) invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the upgrade of the Primary Health Care Centre at LGA-Iduganran, Lagos, under listed bid conditions, These conditions and measurement ratings are listed as follows:

The annual turnover of the bidding company must not be less than N200m preferably in the last three years. (10 points)
There must be evidence of company registration under the Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA)and relevant professional/regulatory bodies.(10 points)

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders are to submit the following:

Company profile with details of professional/educational qualifications and experience of key personnel indicated. (20 points).
Evidence of three similar completed works(3O points), 3yr Audited Account/Tax Clearance (2018,2019&2020). (20 points).
Industrial Training Fund /NSITF/Pencom Compliance Remittances (2020). (30 points)
Evidence of Financial Capability supported by 6 months company bank statements, reference letter from banks and credit facility of N50m at the minimum (30 points)
Sworn Affidavit on Company integrity to demonstrate that none of the officials of Lagos State government is a director, shareholder or has any fiduciary relationship with the company (10 points).

N/B: Tenderer must show evidence of study and understanding of project bid documents and drawings vis a vis visits made to site with evidence of video and audio records, survey reports and environmental impact assessment of the renovation works (40 points).
