Scope of Work

The Oriade Local Council Development Area, invites expression of interest from prospective contractors for the following:

Category A: Works:

Lots 1: Construction of proposed secretariat office of 3 floors.
Lots 2: Construction of Legislative building of 3 floors.
Lots 3: Construction of LASIEC office of 3 floors.
Lots 4: Renovation of lbeshe Primary Health Care Centre.
Lots 5: Construction of road between lashe and Imoore.

Category B: Goods:

Lots 1: Supply of official and utility vehicles

Pre-Qualification Requirements

The expression of interest, must be submitted in the following order:

Covering letter duly signed by the company's authorized signatory, indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the two (2) HEADING (Works & Goods) with company profile.
Certificate of incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C).
Company's Audited Account for the years (2018, 2019 and 2020).
Evidence of financial capability from a reputable bank and willing to provide credit
Evidence of similar nature of the project done / executed with verifiable letter of contract award, within the last two years from 2019.
Details of company profile, showing details of registered professionals in your firm.
Evidence of registration with Lagos state Public Procurement Agency and Oriade L.C.D.A contractor registration receipt.

Application Closing Date

12:00 noon, 3rd November, 2021.

Submission of Documents

Application must be enclosed in sealed envelope and addressed and delivered at the procurement's office:

Executive Chairman,

Oriade L.C.D.A. Secretariat,

Lagos State.

N/B: The technical bids shall be opened 2 days after the close of bids submission, November 05, 2021.

EOI/ Pre-Qualification submission must be in English only and clear about area(s) of interest and competence of each categorization
Interested applicant, must note that the Oriade L.C.D.A reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre/qualification document submitted by them at any level.
The pre-qualification exercise, shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Oriade L.C.DA to award any contract
The cost for this exercise, will be the sole-responsibility of the interested party(ies) to this invitation
Interested eligible applicants, may obtain further information at the procurement office of Oriade L.C.DA Secretariat.
Non-refundable fee of #50.000 for bidding document.
