IMEG Limited invites reputable and interested contractors with sealed bids to tender bidding documents for the following works:

Title: Invitation to Bid

Preamble

We intend to engage Contractors for the Supply and Provision on Metallic mesh perimeter fence with the specifications. We hereby invite interested suppliers to submit their quotations.

Scope of Work

2.2m high Perimeter fencing with an additional 50cm high anti-climb system using two rows of barbed wire
Distance between posts: 2.7m
Materials: Heat galvanized steel
Wire mesh hole density: 50x50mm
All fittings and attachments such as bolts, rivets, nuts etc, must be made from stainless steel
The bolts used to attach wire mesh to the posts must incorporate some kind of security system to prevent from being tampered with front the outside .
The posts and the mesh must be made from Heat galvanized material and should also be painted in standard RAL 6005 (green) or RAL 7030 (grey) .
Anti-climb system using two rows of barbed wire (0.50m)
Rain and UV resistant signs displaying the words "DANGER" HIGH all around the fence
The entire length of the fence is 3000m
