Invitation to Tender completion of Ado Ekiti Divisions Permanent Court Comple

Court of Appeal, Abuja

The Court of Appeal intends to embark on the completion of it’s Ado Ekiti Divisions Permanent Court Complex. It therefore wishes to invite Contractors willing to participate in the execution of the Project.

Technical Requirements
Prospective Contractors shall be required to possess the following documents

(A) Valid Certificate of Registration/Incorporation of the Company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Articles and Memorandum of Association of the company and up to date Annual return with the CAC (mention forms C02 & 07 to be included).

(B) Evidence from the company’s bankers of it’s financial capacity to undertake the contract. Kindly note that a banker’s reference letter is not sufficient evidence of financial capacity and therefore not acceptable. The contractor shall be required to produce verifiable proof/evidence of financial capacity.

(C) The company shall provide a letter authorizing the court be given access to information at the Bank confirming it’s financial capability.

(D) Current Tax Clearance Certificate f or the last (3) Years;
(E) Value Added Tax Registration Certificate; with TIN and evidence of Past remittances.
(F) Company’s Profile including details of key staff/and their competencies, included valid registration with relevant Professional Bodies.

(G) Details of Equipment and Plants, including Machineries must be attached.
(H) Bid Security: 2% Bid Security (of the Tendered amount) from a reputable Bank must be attached to the submitted Tender.

(I) Evidence of involvement and experience in similar contracts; stating contracts sums, copies of award letters, completion certificate and interim certificate of valuation (where applicable) must be enclosed.
(J) Audited Financial Statements for the past three (3) years.
(K) Evidence of issuances of compliance certificates to all organization by Pencom in line with pension reform act, 2004(as amended)
(L) Evidence of compliance with the provision of the Industrial Training Lund amendment act 2011 as they relate to Training contributions by liable Organizations
(M) Any other evidence/documents that will confirm the skill/competence of the interested contractors/company(s)
(N) Evidence f Registration with the Court of Appeal.

Bid Document can be obtained upon the payment of Non Refundable Tender Fees oU4SOO,000.00 Only in Certified 8ank draft” Payable to Court of Appeal”.
