The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN WOMEN) invites prospective vendors and bidders with sealed bids to tender bidding documents for the following works:

The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, also known as UN Women, is a United Nations entity working for the empowerment of women. UN Women became operational in January 2011.

Title: Invitation to Bid - For Printed Branded Items for 16 Days of Activism 2021.

Preamble

The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, hereinafter referred to as UN Women hereby invites prospective vendors to submit a bid(s) in accordance with the ITB documents, including General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

Scope Work

Items will be delivered to 2 locations. Kindly refer to the tables below:

Inspections and Tests

The following inspections and tests shall be performed:

Vendors are required to submit samples to UN Women office in Abuja. As designs have not been shared, samples will be reviewed based on the quality of the materials.
Vendor may also share samples of previous work done.
Prior to finalizing the contract, the vendor will be required to submit samples with the desired branding for signoff. Final delivery must be of the same quality of the items in the sign-off.
If the goods fail to meet the laid down specifications, the supplier shall take immediate steps to remedy the deficiency or replace the defective goods to the satisfaction of UN Women.
