The Embassy of the United States of America in Nigeria invites reputable and skilled vendors to submit requests for quotations for the following works:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Quotation for Conference Facility in Abuja

Scope of Work

The Embassy of the United States of America, Abuja invites you to submit a quotation for provision of a conference room in Abuja with the capacity to accommodate 200 persons for 3 days, November 22nd through 24th, 2021 including tea break for 100 persons for 3 days, buffet lunch for 100 persons, media (projector, screen, microphone etc.)

The facility should have the following;

A green area the size of a football field to be used during a breakout time for mindfulness reflection.
A games arena with sporting equipment like lawn and table tennis.
A walk/jogging track.

N/B: The above are just a few features. Any facility with more of such will be an added advantage.
