Nigerdock invites suitable and qualified companies to submit tender documents for the purchase of the following works:

Nigerdock is a leading Nigerian maritime company operating the largest multipurpose terminal and shipyard in Lagos servicing customers in the energy, logistics, offshore and shipping sectors.

Applications are invited for:

Preamble

Nigerdock FZE is inviting suitable and qualified companies to tender their offers for the purchase/rental of heavy construction equipment stated below.

Scope of Work

Submission of Documents

Electronic copy in PDF format on tenderer's letterhead paper duly stamped and signed and addressed to:

Please Note

All equipment (i.e. outright purchase / rental) shall not exceed 15 years of age at the maximum from their initial purchase date.
Estimated rental duration's is 80 days (Feeding, accommodation, insurance, operator's salary and fuel shall be borne by the successful tenderer during tenure of the rental).
Lump sum daily rate to be provided by Tenderer for the equipment rental.
All equipment shall be fit for their intended purposes. Pictures of each equipment shall be provided by the tenderer's offer.
Tenderers are required to populate the above checklist for each of the equipment.
Physical inspection shall be carried out upon receipt of tenderer's technical and commercial offers.
Warranty period shall be duly stated on tenderer's offer.
Nigerdock FZE will not be responsible for, and shall not pay for, any expenses or losses which may be incurred by a tenderer in the preparation of offers.
All exclusions shall be fully detailed in the tenderer's offer and no claim in this respect will be entertained at a later date.
No offer shall be deemed to have been accepted, unless such acceptance is communicated to the successful tenderer in writing by Nigerdock FZE's authorized representative
Tenderer acknowledge that Nigerdock FZE is a free zone enterprise and as such, is exempted from the payment of WHT, VAT or any other tax.
All qualifications and clarifications should be addressed to the email above. This tenderer shall be on a "non-exclusive" basis as Nigerdock FZE reserves the right to independently evaluate each submitted tender.
Tenderer shall duly state payment terms for both the outright purchase and the rental of equipment which will be subject to review.
Nigerdock FZE reserves to cancel and reject any and all offers submitted without recourse to tenderers.
