Preamble

The Lagos State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (herein referred to as IDA) towards the cost of Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contracts for Construction of Aggregation and Cottage Processing Centers in Lagos State.

This Request for Bid follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the Agro- Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project which appeared in "Development Business issue no; WB 3108-756/09 and "This Day" Newspaper of September 3rd 2019.

The Lagos State Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project is now inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction of Aggregation and Cottage Processing Centers in Lagos State.

Collection of Bidding Documents

A complete set of Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Twenty Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) for the first lot; subsequent lot will attract additional Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency per lot.

The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft in favor of Lagos State Agro-Processing, Productivity Enhancement and Livelihood Improvement Support (APPEALS) Project. The document will be collected by bidder’s representative on request.
