SOS Children’s Villages is an international non-governmental social development organization that works in over 136 countnes to find the most appropriate response to the situation of children at risk of losing parental care and those without parental care. We recognize that a child’s development to his or her full potential is best realized in a caring family environment and focus on the child’s development into a self-supporting and contributing member of society.

Since 1973, SOS Children’s Villages has been active in Nigeria, with footprints across the country in Lagos, Ogun, Plateau, Oyo, Edo, Kaduna and Bomb States as well as the Federal Capital Territory.

Title: Expression of Interest (EOI) for Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for the Supply of Goods, Services and Works 2022-2026 Financial Year

Preamble

SOS Children’s Villages in Nigeria is seeking to update its Vendor Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers of Goods, Services and Works (2022-2026 Financial Year)and therefore invites interested firms or individuals to submit a sealed application for pre-qualification.

General Supplies of Goods
Stationery & Office Supplies
Fuel & Lubricants Supply
Supply of Electrical Fittings Supply of Sports and Recreational Equipment
ICT Equipment and Accessories Supply and Maintenance
Supply of Medical Goods and Services
Vehicles and Vehicle Parts Supply and Maintenance
Supply, Maintenance and Servicing of Power Generators
Corporate Branding, Printing & Visibility materials
Media & Audiovisual Production
Furniture Supply
Facility Management & Cleaning Services
Hoteling and Catering Services etc.

Application Closing Date

2nd November, 2021.

Collection of Documents

Interested suppliers are required to make a non-refundable payment of NGN50,000.00 per category and send the payment confirmation slip to: pre.qualification@sos-nigeria.org Upon receipt of the payment confirmation and verification, you will receive the Pre-qualification & Registration Package/link to:

Note

The deposit slip must be attached to the pre-qualification document as the first page when submitting your application.
Should the applicant wish to apply for more than one category, a non-refundable fee shall be NGN25,000.00 for each additional category.
Individuals, Contracting Firms, and Companies currently trading with SOS Children’s Villages in the stated categories who have not previously applied through this process MUST APPLY as well.
