Preamble

Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board (ODSUBEB) has been given approval by the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) to commence implementation of the UBEC/SUBEB 2020 Action Plan on Universal Basic Education Intervention Fund Programme.

Scope of Work

In view of this, the Ondo SUBEB hereby invites registered, experienced and reputable contractors to tender for the underlisted jobs:

Tender Requirements

Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
Evidence of Current Registration with Ondo State Bureau of Public Procurement for the year 2021.
Evidence of Current 3 years FIRS Tax Clearance Certificate (2019,2020 &2021) having expiry date of 31 December 2021.
Copy of Personal Income Tax - Clearance Certificates (of two Directors in case of limited liability companies or the proprietor(s)/partners in case of enterprises/ventures covering (2019, 2020 & 2021)
Evidence of payment of 3 years Development Levy (2019, 2020 & 2021)
Evidence of Registration of Business Premises with Ondo State Agency for Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives
Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking support. (viii) Experience/Technical Qualification of key Personnel with evidence of Professional registration with appropriate professional bodies.
Evidence of similar projects executed or ongoing.
Letter of assent to allow for verification of all documents submitted to ODSUBEB.
Original Receipt of payment of non-refundable tender fee
Bidders may bid for one or more lots as bids will be evaluated on lot by lot basis.

Application Closing Date

12:00 noon Friday, 10th December, 2021.

Bid Opening

The tender documents will be opened in the presence of the contractors making submissions or their representatives at the premises of the Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board, Oda Road after the expiration of the submission of tenders on Friday 10th December, 2021 by 12noon.

Interested bidders can obtain tender documents and additional information from the Department of Planning Research & Statistics, Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board, Oda Road,Akure.

Submission of Documents

All tender documents (Financial and Technical Bids) -1 original and 2 copies should be submitted in a sealed envelope with UBEC/SUBEB/2020/LOT Number clearly indicated on the top right-hand corner and must be delivered by hand addressed to:
