Preamble
A foremost investment conglomerate company in Nigeria, with vast array of real estate assets across the country, is seeking Real Estate Developers, with proven track record of performance for raising development finance, to partner in the redevelopment and refurbishment of nine (9) of her prime properties located in lkeja, Lagos State, and Ibadan, Oyo State.

Scope of Works
Prospective developers are hereby invited to submit expression of interests (EOI) in any one or more of the following listed properties:

Property 1:
  • Current Use: Commercial/Offices 
  • Location: Dugbe, Ibadan, Oyó State
  • The property is a 12-storey office complex in the Ibadan Central Business District (CBD) sitting on approximately 2,400sqm area of land.
  • The building has a total of 4500sqm of lettable space and an internal parking space to accommodate about 20 cars.
  • The building is opposite the Central Bank of Nigeria, and adjacent to the Radio Nigeria Building. It is 100m distance to the historic and iconic Cocoa House Building.
  • The redevelopment seeks to refurbish the building for office/mix uses for short/long leases.

Note
  • Please note that all submissions made are confidential and primarily meant for a pre-qualification stage for the selection of developers towards the Request for Proposals.
  • The selection criteria would be based strictly on Evidence of Financial capability and credible track record of efficient development finance raise, Relevant Development Experience, Key Resource Persons and Registration with relevant Government & Professional agencies.
