The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) invites eligible bidders / vendors to tender sealed bidding documents for the following works:

The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) - Established on May 28th, 1975 via the treaty of Lagos, ECOWAS is a 15-member regional group with a mandate of promoting economic integration in all fields of activity of the constituting countries.

Considered one of the pillars of the African Economic Community, ECOWAS was set up to foster the ideal of collective self-sufficiency for its member states. As a trading union, it is also meant to create a single, large trading bloc through economic cooperation.

Title: Invitations for Bids for the Supply of Two (2) 4WD and One Ambulance (High Roof Van) for ECOWAS Commission

Preamble

The ECOWAS Commission, within the framework of the execution of its 2021 budget intends to carry out the Purchase of Two (2) Vehicles 4X4 AWD and one Ambulance (High Roof Van).
The ECOWAS Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply in one (1) lot of the above subject for ECOWAS Commission and Annexes.

Application Closing Date

11:00am Thursday, 9th December, 2021.

Opening of Bids

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend (Online opening session), on Thursday 9th December, 2021 at 11:30 am, ECOWAS Commission, Plot 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro. The link will be shared will all bidders.

Collection of Bidding Documents

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchase by interested bidders upon Submission of a written application addressed to the Directorate of General administration and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Thirty thousand Naira only (N30,000)

Submission of Documents

Bids shall be valid for 120 Days and shall delivered in a sealed envelope and deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located in the:

Procurement Division,

Directorate of General Administration,

1 Floor, 1010 Yakubu Gowon Crescent,

Asokoro - (FCT) Abuja.

Bids should be clearly marked "Local Competitive Bidding for the Supply of Two (2 Vehicles 4X4 AWD and one Ambulance (High Roof Van) Do Not Open, Except in Presence of the Opening and Evaluation Committee and should dearly indicate Price, Specifications, Delivery Period, Bid and Bid Security Validity Period, Warranty Period and After Sales Services.

N/B: Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Procurement Division of the Directorate of General Administration, 1 Floor ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria.

Please Note

Bids must be accompanied by an Original Bid Security (bank guarantee or insurance bond) of Seven Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N700,000.00) and shall be valid for 150 Days.
