The Strengthening Civic Advocacy and Local Engagement (SCALE) invites interested and qualified vendors to indicate interest by submitting tender documents for the following works:

The Strengthening Civic Advocacy and Local Engagement (SCALE) project is a five-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Palladium International Development Limited through a cooperative agreement with USAID.

The goal of the project is to strengthen good governance by increasing the capacity of civil society networks and coalitions to influence the development and implementation of key democratic reforms at local, state, and national levels. The Project emphasizes leadership and innovation, and explicitly aims to engage marginalized populations, including women, youth, people with disabilities, and other minorities in the process.

Preamble

The SCALE project will want to shortlist and engage various vendors within the categories of services listed below, to be on the vendor database and have contract within a period of a year with them. These vendors will provide goods and services to the SCALE project on and as when required during the stated period.

Submission of Documents

Completed bids should be submitted in electronic form to: NGSCALE.Procurement@thepalIadiumgroup.com and should reference ITT SCALE/217787/ITT/001 in the subject line.

Bidders Conference

The project will hold a virtual pre-application question and answer conference on December 2, 2022 (any change will be communicated via email). These conferences will allow interested applicants the chance to ask questions about the ITT.

Interested parties that would like to attend this workshop must confirm their attendance by sending the participants name and the organizations name to NGSCALE.Procurement@thepalladiumgroup.com
Please note that the costs of participating in the conference will be at the sole expense of the participant as the project will not reimbursement any costs of attendance.
