The Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) invites interested and eligible bidders to tender sealed bidding documents for the following works:

Preamble

Norwegian Church Aid is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):

Supply of Bar and Liquid Soap Start-Up Kits to Monguno Borno state

Note

All the supplies are for a humanitarian project in Monguno LGA, Borno State.
All supplies are to be delivered by the company to Monguno LGA, Bomo State, Nigeria including casual and technical needs, managing shipment, insurance, documentation, necessary clearance, and other logistical activities related to this service/ supply.
The offered prices shall be quoted in Naira only.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers must meet the following criteria:

Proof of company registration to operate in Nigeria (Cooperate Affairs Commission, CAC).
Authorization by all relevant government agencies to carry out required supplies and Services.
A licensed and approved automobile dealer in Nigeria.
Valid and functional company Tax Identification Number, TIN
Experience in similar supplies/services in the past preferably with I/NGOS.

Application Closing Date

17:00 hrs (Nigerian Time), 15th December, 2021.

Opening of Bids

Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.

Tender documents will be available from 25 November - 10 December, 2021.
