Preamble

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für lnternationale Zusammenarbéit (GIZ) GmbH; "Green innovation Centre for the Agriculture and Food Sector, Nigeria - Integrated Approach to Climate Change", financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany and co-financed by the European Union (EU), would like to procure One (1) Pick Up Vehicle and One (1) Mid-Size SUV Vehicle to be tendered In two Lots with the following but not limited specification.

Scope of Work

Lot 1: Pick up vehicle 2017 model minimum with the following but not limited:
- Specifications: Engine capacity from minimum 2.4ltrs to max 3.0litres, petrol engine, Full 4x4WD, Manual Transmission minimum 5 speed, Power train minimum 144hp to maximum 171hp, minimum fuel tank capacity 65 Liters, Driver and Passenger Airbags, Power Steering, Proper all terrain off road tyres, Power windows, Double Cabin, Shell Specs, Full Air Condition, CD/FM USB radio player, Fabric seat, ABS, Bright Colours, Disc Brakes front and Rear, Central lock, Keyless entry (optional), Spare lyre, Jack.
Lot 2: Mid SUV Vehicle Minimum 2017 model with the following but not limited:
- Specifications: Engine capacity from 2.4ltrs to 3.0litres, petrol engine, minimum, engine size 4 cylinders up to 6 cylinders, Full 4x4WD with selected options, minimum seating capacity 7 people, cruise control capacity front and rear ABS, minimum fuel capacity 70 litres, Driver and Passenger Airbags, Disc brakes front and rear, Power Steering, Anti-theft lock and keyless entry, Vehicle dynamic control such as ESP (Electronic Stability Programme) keyless entry Front and Rear AC for all passengers, (DuaI + Knee+ Side) & P (single+ slde)+ CSA (3 Rows), Push start system or key start, Auto door lock, AM/FM CD Radio player with Bluetooth and USS functions Proper All Terrain tyres.

EOI Requirements

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

Comprehensive company profile.
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in vehicle sales.
Evidence of being certified dealers and/or adequate and reliable certificates including certificate of origin
Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs.
