The Restoration of Hope Initiative (ROHI) invites interested and eligible contractors to indicate interest by submitting tender documents for the following works:

Restoration of Hope Initiative (ROHI) is a National Non-Governmental Organization that has spent over 5 years engaging extensively with conflict affected communities in North Eastern Nigeria and the issues affecting them.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Invitation to Tender for Rehabilitation of 10 Classrooms and 20 Latrines at Michika and Madagali Local Government Area's of Adamawa State

Preamble

Restoration of Hope Initiative (ROHI) Maiduguri is pleased to invite sealed bids from eligible contractors for the rehabilitation of 10 classrooms and 20 latrines at Michika and Madagali LGAS of Adamawa State.

The rehabilitation is to be carried out according to the design, technical plans and specifications as stated in the bid form to be collected at ROHI office.

Application Closing Date

10th December, 2021.

Collection of Tender Documents

Qualified construction firms who wish to be considered for the proposed rehabilitation are invited to collect the bid form from within the period of the advertisement from the address below.

Submission of Documents

Firms should submit clearly marked envelopes with tender reference to:

1 Isa Bati House,

Polo, Maiduguri,

Borno State.

The Bids should contain the following information:

Submission of Complete Contractor's Bid.
Submission of Complete Qualification Information (company profile).
Submission of Complete Bill of Quantities and Total Bid Price.
Detailed list of completed and ongoing building and/or civil works contracts, with Client references.
Copy of tax complaint certification.
