NoCTRAIN ECWA Eye, ECWA Evangel Hospital invites interested suppliers / vendors to indicate interest by tendering quotation documents for the following works:

ECWA Evangel Hospital is a 150-bed general hospital located in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. It was founded in 1959 by SIM (previously the Sudan Interior Mission and now known as Serving In Mission), but Evangel is now managed under the auspices of the Evangelical Church of West Africa (ECWA).

Preamble

An implementing partner of the North Central Transition Aid in Nigeria (NoCTRAIN) with funding from BMZ through CBM Nigeria, is calling for expression of interest and submission of quotations drugs.

Scope of Work

Application Closing Date

10th December, 2021.

Submission of Documents

All quotation must be submitted electronically to: noctrainecwaprocurement@gmail.com with subject; Attention the procurement committee, stamped, scanned and sent to an attachments in PDF format.

Instructions

All quotations must be submitted before the close of business (4pm) 10" of December 2021.
Bidders must follow the instructions set forth in all documents for tender or bids will not be considered.
A prospective bidder requiring any clarification may verify with us via email no later than 10 of December 2021 at the email address noctrainecwaprocurement@gmail.com
Provide scanned evidence of registration of business name and with a verifiable business address and valid bank account in name of the business.
Provide evidence of payment of Tax/company TIN.
We will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by the vendor in connection with the preparation of submission of bid.

Evaluation criteria:

Bids will be evaluated based on their responsiveness to the specifications, qualification, after sales services, payment terms and delivery time.

NB: Applicable 5% withholding tax (WHT) will be deducted.
