The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invites interested and reputable consultancy firm(s) / research institution to tender RFP documents for the following works:

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is a specialised agency of the United Nations aimed at promoting world peace and security through international cooperation in education, the arts, the sciences, and culture.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Proposal (RFP) - International Consultancy to Examine Short-Term and Intermediate Learning, Health and Social Outcomes of CSE

Preamble

UNESCO’s Section for Health & Education is seeking a (consultancy firm, research institution) to examine the short-term and intermediate learning, health and social outcomes of comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) programmes, in relation to their defined learning objectives, in at least 4 countries that have a well-implemented and mature CSE programme, preferably delivered through the public education system. The timeframe for this task is March 2022 to October 2023.

The expected outputs are:

An inception report
Database of documents for literature review
Criteria for selection of countries to be studied
Detailed research protocol with adapted tools per country
Country reports, final synthesis report, summary report and presentation

Note: The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the requirements for the procurement process and to inform interested suppliers how to obtain a copy of the Solicitation Documents.
