Invitation to Tender at Kubau Local Government Council

Kubau Local Government Council invites suitably interested, qualified and reputable companies to submit tender documents for the following works:

Kubau Local Government Area is one of the 23 Local Government Areas in Kaduna State, Nigeria. It has its headquarters in the town of Anchau. The present Chaiman Hon Sabo Aminu Anchau. It was created during the military rule of General Sani Abacha, on November 2, 1995, from the present Ikara Local Government Area.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Invitation to Tender

In compliance with public procurement law 2016 of Kaduna State, Kubau Local Government Council is in the process of carrying out some procurement's for the last quarter of 2021. In view of the foregoing background, suitably interested, qualified and reputable companies are hereby invited to submit tender for its invitation to tender Notice in respect of the following projects:
  • Renovation of Chairman's office, Vice Chairman's office, Council Secretary's office, Chamber & Secretariat Main Gate.
  • Construction of 1 km as phase of 5Km surface Dressing, double coat road, along Day Secondary School Zuntu to Sarki street to kwata road.
  • Renovation of ICT Center at Government Secondary School Anchau, supply of a Generator & 320 no's of students chair.
Interested Companies are required to submit the under listed documents which will be used as criteria for technical and/or financial evaluation of all bids:
  • Evidence of registration of the Company with Cooperate affairs Commission (CAC).
  • Evidence of the Company's tax income clearance certificate of at least 2 years immediately proceeding this year.
  • Evidence of Companies Financial Capability to handle these project with letter of assurance from Companies bankers.
  • Evidence of at least one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company to be accompanied by letter of award of Contract, photographs and valuation certificate in respect of same.
Application Closing Date
12:00 noon, 20th December, 2021.

Opening of Bid and Venue

Completed bid documents Submitted by the Companies will be publicly opened by 12:00 pm on Tuesday 21st December, 2021 at Kubau Local Government Council Chamber. Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the general public are all invited to witness opening of the bids.

Collection of Tender Documents
Interested Company shall collect tender form/ document from the procurement office of Kubau Local Government Secretariat at the council Secretariat, upon payment of N5,000 non-refundable tender fee per Procurement from 13th December, 2021 - 20th December, 2021 from the hours of 10.00 am to 3:00 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays.

Submission of Tender
Completed technical and/ or financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly showing the Description of the project,(procurement) and name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to:
The Chairman,
Kubau Local Government Council,
Kaduna State.

N/B: Any bid Submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned.
