The African Union invites interested and eligible bidders to tender sealed bidding documents for the following works:

The African Union (AU) is a continental union consisting of 55 member states located on the continent of Africa. The AU was announced in the Sirte Declaration in Sirte, Libya, on 9 September 1999, calling for the establishment of the African Union.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Bids for the Supply, Delivery Installation and of Medical Equipment and Supplies

Preamble

The African Union Commission has reserved fund from Member States to cover cost of acquisition of Medical Equipment and Supplies for the Africa Union Commission.

The African Union Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery Installation and of Medical Equipment and Supplies whose specifications are detailed in the bid document for the following three Lot.

Scope of Work

Lot Description Quantity:

Medical and Nursing Equipment / Assorted
Laboratory + Pharmacy Equipment / Assorted
Medical Supplies / Assorted

Requirements

Valid registration documents
Dealership certificates or Manufacturer’s authorization for major equipment
Duly signed bid form in the format attached to the bid document
Specify Warranty period for the items - Three year for major equipment

Application Closing Date

3:00pm (Addis Ababa time), 17th December, 2021.

N/B: The size of the attachment should not be above 20MB. Late Bids will be rejected.
