Title: Expression of Interest (EOI) - Printing of Various Documents

Preamble
The USAID Integrated Health Program (IHP) is a five-year expanded effort by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with the Government of Nigeria (GON) to identify and provide technical support for rapid scale-up of proven interventions through improvement of service delivery and strengthening of health systems. IHP aims to support the rapid scale-up of proven high impact interventions appropriate to each stage of life through improvements in the delivery of quality primary health care services, the strengthening of health systems, the reduction in supply-side barriers to service access and optimizing each contact with a client.

IHP works closely with the state government in Bauchi, Ebonyi, FCT, Kebbi and Sokoto states to support established health and development plans, build capacity and ensure ownership of interventions, systems, and results. The program promotes integrated packages of services in core intervention areas of health systems strengthening and reproductive health/family planning, maternal health, newborn health, child health, adolescent health, nutrition, and malaria, ensuring that priority is given to gender and social inclusion, and fostering sustainability and country ownership.

The purpose of this Eol is to identify potential vendors who are experienced and have technical capability to do printing such as: training materials and job aides including branded materials (pens, folders, notebooks), manuals, posters, booklets, flipcharts in Ebonyi, FCT, Bauchi, Kebbi and the Sokoto States.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Company profile details to include registered address, functional email address, telephone numbers, and point of contact for the organization.
  • Evidence of company registration, that is Certificate of incorporation showing that the organization is a printing company. (With Corporate Affairs Commission)
  • Tax Clearance certificate for the last three financial years (2018, 2019, and 2020)
  • Evidence of Large-scale production capacity to print at least 5,000 copies of each of the following:
    • Posters
    • Manual
    • Job aids
    • Flip chart
    • Booklets
    • Branded Materials (T-shirts, Caps, Mugs, Jotters Pen, notebooks, etc.)
  • Evidence of turnover of 10 million and above in each last 3 years.
  • At least 3 Clients' references for work that have been performed within the last three years (copies of letters of award or successful completion certificates and/or supporting reference letters should be attached).

  • Please make efforts to limit the total file size of attachments as much as possible.
  • The pre-qualification process in no way obligates HP-Nigeria to select or award a contract, nor does it commit IHP-Nigeria to any cost incurred by the organization in preparing and submitting the application document.
  • Please submit any questions on this Call for Expressions of Interest to: ihp.procurements@ihp-nigeria.com on or 25th December, 2021.
Obligations
  • IHP-Nigeria will not reimburse respondents for the costs incurred with preparing a response, nor does issuance of this EOI obligate IHP-Nigeria to award a subcontract or purchase order.
  • If a vendor is found to have made false or misleading claims or statements, IHP-Nigeria reserves the right to reject an EOI submitted by or on behalf of a vendor.
  • Please note that as a reputable company we abide by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and so we charge Withholding Tax (WHT) in compliance with Nigerian Tax laws.
  • Clarification of Submissions:
  • IHP-Nigeria may require a respondent to submit additional information in order to better judge a response.
Vendors Quote
  • I undersigned, provide the above dully filled EOI in accordance Call for Expression of Interest TIHP-Nigeria EOI-2022-002.
  • I have completed the EOI to the best of my knowledge and understand acceptance of the EOI does not obligate IHP-Nigeria to select or award a contract, nor does it commit IHP-Nigeria to pay any cost incurred by the organization in preparing and submitting EOI.
  • IHP-Nigeria reserves the right to disqualify venders who provide incomplete information.
