Title: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services for Renovation in the Chancery Building, Roof Repairs / Waterproofing and Minor Works

Preamble

The President of India acting through the High Commissioner of India in High Commission of India, Abuja for the Office of the High Commission of India, Lagos (Nigeria) requests proposals in sealed envelopes for selection of Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Renovation in the Chancery building, roof repairs/waterproofing and other minor works. The estimated cost of project is Naira 217 million.

Application Closing Date

3:00pm (WAT), 17th January, 2022.

Submission of Documents

The proposal duly completed in prescribed format as per RFP document along with earnest money deposit (EMD) of Naira 217,000 must reach office of the:

Head of Chancery,

Office of the High Commission of India,

8A Walter Carrington Crescent,

Victoria Island,

Lagos State.

Note

The bidders should submit the bid in three separate sealed envelopes containing EMD, Technical Bid and Financial Bid, with the same being clearly superscribed on the envelopes.
No bid will be accepted without EMD or EMD of amount less than requisite amount and will be rejected at once.
