Malaria Consortium invites suitable / qualified independent Auctioneers to tender EOI documents for the following works:

Malaria Consortium is one of the world's leading non-profit organisations dedicated to the comprehensive control of malaria and other communicable diseases in Africa and Southeast Asia.

Malaria Consortium works with communities, government and non-government agencies, academic institutions, and local and international organisations, to ensure good evidence supports delivery of effective services, providing technical support for monitoring and evaluation of programmes and activities for evidence-based decision making and strategic planning. The organisation works to improve not only the health of the individual, but also the capacity of national health systems, which helps relieve poverty and support improved economic prosperity.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Expression of Interest (EOI) for Registered Auctioneers for Auction service and Sales of Assets

Preamble

Malaria Consortium is committed to obtaining a fair value for services received with a competitive price and timely delivery of the right quantities at the right quality

It is the intent of this EOI to secure competitive proposals from independent Auctioneers who would support the SunMap 2 asset disposal process and coordinate the sales of selected equipment across all programme states.

Mandatory Documents

Interested firms are required to submit EOI prepared in English Language with the following requirements which shall be used as criteria for preliminary selection:

Evidence of current registration as a Licensed Auctioneer from either of the following - FCT, State or Federal government.
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
Certified true copies of Memorandum and Article of Association.
Positive Reference letter from not less than three clients.
Detailed financial offer applicable to service provision.

15:00, 5th January, 2022.

Vendors shall submit offers electronically to: tenders@malariaconsortium.org and in the subject field state the following: MC-EOI-SUNMaP2-auctioneer-001.
