The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) invites reputable, competent, experienced and interested consultants to indicate interest by submitting EOI documents for the following works:

Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) was established by the AMCON Act, 2010. In order to insure and evaluate pledged collateral's of acquired Eligible Bank Assets (EBA) and proprietary assets for the purpose of establishing proper records.

Applications are invited for:

Preamble

AMCON requires reputable and competent firms of Estate Surveyors & Valuers for AMCON

AMCON hereby invites reputable, competent, experienced and interested consultants to submit Expression of Interest(EOI) for the Valuation of Assets.

Eligibility Requirements

In order to be considered; interested and competent Valuation firms shall submit the following:

Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
Current evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on the first day of the following year or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
Current Tax Clearance Certificates (including the years preceding the date of publication).
Current Evidence of Pension Compliance Certificate (PENCOM) valid till end of year.
Current Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till end of year
Current Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till end of year.
Current Professional Indemnity.
Current NIESV Certificate.
Current ESVARBON certificate.
Bank reference Letter.
Bankruptcy Status.
Evidence of three (3)years Audited Accounts duly stamped and signed by an auditor.
Submission of a Sworn Affidavit that will state/reconfirm/disclose as follows:
- Whether or not any officer of Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the firm and to confirm that all information presented are true and correct in all particulars.
- That the fin/company is not being in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings.
- That the firm/company is not a replacement for a hitherto tax defaulting company.
- That the firm/company does not have any Director who has been convicted in any country for a criminal offence relating to fraud or any financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter.

Note: All official letter head and other documents of the company must be in compliance with Section 278 of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990.

Application Closing Date

12:00 noon Monday, 10th January, 2022.

Submission of Documents

The completed pre-qualification documents are to be sealed with wax in an envelope indicating Expression of Interest for Valuation of assets and addressed to:

Important Information

It must be noted that:

Late submissions shall be rejected
All Submissions should be arranged and numbered in the order listed above
All costs incurred by any company as a result of this "EXPRESSION OF INTEREST" (EOI) and any subsequent request for information shall be borne by the company.
The "Expression of Interest" and any related process neither creates any commitment by AMCON nor establish any legal relationship.
All information must be provided in English Language.
AMCON reserve the right to accept or reject any submission.
