The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) invites interested and capable organizations to indicate interest by submitting RFQ documents for the following works:

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) was established in 2002 to increase access to care and treatment for people living with HIV/AIDS and to strengthen health systems in resource- poor countries. Over the past few years, CHAI has expanded the scope of our work to include access to high-quality treatment for malaria, new vaccines, and essential treatments for common childhood illnesses such as diarrhea and pneumonia, reproductive, maternal, and neonatal health.

CHAI has also increasingly supported governments to build the capacity required for high-quality health care and treatment programs. Currently, CHAI partners with governments in more than 25 countries while more than 70 countries directly benefit from the low-priced drugs and diagnostic test agreements that CHAI has negotiated.

Title: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply of Laptops

Preamble

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) invites interested and capable organizations to submit quotations for the supply of laptops.

Objective

To provide the needed Laptops to the Cold chain officers across all states in Nigeria which will facilitate the roll out of OpenLMIS COVID-19 Module tool, coordinate feedback from users and NPHCDA leadership and ensure the overall smooth management of the user experience.

Scope of Work

Bid Requirements

The following documents should be forwarded with the quotation:

Quotation with price schedule format (indicate delivery cost if applicable)
Warranty for device
CAC registration certification and articles of association of bidding company
Evidence of completed similar supply in the last three years
Proposed delivery schedule (No later than five (5) working days of Local Purchase Order confirmation (specify number of days in quotation).

Additional Information to be submitted:

Evidence of the company registrations with Corporate Affairs Commission, and Certification of Association of Bidding Company
Three years Tax Clearance Certificates (TCC) up to 2020
Company profile

Additional Pluses:

Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement, or Certification of Association of Bidding Company
EFCC Clearance Certificate: Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering.
