The United States Embassy in Nigeria invites interested vendors to indicate interest by submitting RFQ documents for the following works:

The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos.

Applications are invited for:

Title: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Cleaning Supplies

Scope of Work

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide:

Microfiber Cleaning Cloths, 48261 - 450 each
SPI Shine; NCL - 3 gallon
Roundup Monsanto certainty turf herbicide, 1.25oz - 12 each
Insecticide Mortein - 500 each
Easy Dap - 200 each
Marble Polishing Cream; Restore - 2 each
Ambi Pur Air Freshener - 300 each
Deodorant Ambi Pur Refill - 300 each
ZEP Mist Deodorant Dispenser - 80 each
Soap, Diamond Multi -Purpose Liquid Detergent - 200 each
Harpic Toilet cleaning bowl, liquid - 300 each
Hand gloves isposable - 200pack
Diamond carpet shampoo, 4L/gallon - 100 gallon
Harpic block - 500 each
Camphor, big balls - 500 each
Bleach, Hypo, 500ml - 100 each
Diamond odor control; 4L/gallon - 300 each
Urinal deodorant cake - 100 each
Hand soap. Anti-bacterial, 500ML - 500 each
Hand towel/duster - 200 each

N/B: The preferred shipping location is Embassy Warehouse, Durumi District, Abuja.

For a valid quote, please note the following:

Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
